Stress. Anxiety. Insomnia. IS THIS YOU? I don’t know about you- but I have a tendency to sweat the small stuff. A lot. That gives me sleepless nights, trouble eating, trouble focusing. Back Pain   Something we can all relate to – after a long day of sitting at a desk, or too much gardening in the back yard. Sometimes it’s a chronic, debilitating condition that can last weeks, months, and even years. Scores of treatments have been developed to try to alleviate back pain – most are not effective. 85% of back pain not associated with a single known cause. Other root causes of back pain are related to spinal conditions such as sciatica, bulging disc, spinal stenosis, arthritis, fibromyalgia, skeletal irregularities, osteoporosis and accidents.
